Hot Pilates – a 60-minute workout that is intense yet gentle on the body, in a room heated to 35 °C (95 °F) with 40% humidity.
Sitting for long periods in everyday life often leaves key muscle groups such as the glutes, abs and pelvic floor under-activated. This can contribute to health problems.
With targeted training we strengthen these muscles to support your hips, back, spine and essential body functions, and to help prevent discomfort.
